Join 5arch in Beverly Hills, California on June 2-3, 2019 as we sponsor the 49th National Hard Money Conference presented by the Pitbull, Leonard Rosen.

The Pitbull Conference is a two-day event showcasing a wide variety of presentations geared toward private money financing. We are excited to meet up with like-minded real estate brokers and investors seeking insight to expand their knowledge of the industry.

Held at the Beverly Hilton, the conference will begin with a cocktail party on Sunday evening for VIPs looking to get a head start on all of the networking opportunities. A catered breakfast will begin the day on Monday, followed by two keynote speakers and a series of insightful panel discussions covering various facets of the industry. Leonard Rosen, CEO and Pitbull himself, will kick things off with How to Structure a Real Estate Fund & Raise Capital, followed immediately by Jon Hornik, attorney at Larocca Hornik Rosen Greenberg & Blaha, on Private Lending & Fund Creation from a Legal Perspective.

And be sure not to miss 5arch’s own Chief Marketing Officer Michael Miller as he shares his expert insight on the panel of the Private Lenders Expert Forum with Q&A on Monday, June 3rd at 4:30 p.m. It will be a fantastic opportunity to share strategies, trends, and insight.

The day—and the event—will end with the official after-party in The Beverly Hilton’s Wilshire Garden, full of cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, music, and ample opportunity to strengthen and solidify all of those newfound connections.

We’d love for one of those connections to be with Team 5arch. We want to help you Borrow Better℠ and seize every available opportunity to scale your real estate broker initiatives. Be sure to stop by our booth to learn more about how we can help your clients fund their next fix-and-flip, single-family rental, or multifamily investments.

We look forward to seeing you in Beverly Hills to build not just your network, but your net worth!
